Welcome / Start Here - Measure Your Starting Point
Before you begin, test your reach, squat depth, knee lift, and kick height so you know your starting point and can clearly see your progress after the reset.
Day 1 - Unlock Your Hamstrings
Improve hamstring flexibility with a safe warm-up, controlled leg swings, and guided resistance stretching to help you move better and kick higher without forcing your body.
Day 2 - Build Stronger Legs for Better Movement
Build lower-body strength with squats, horse stance, and wall sits so your flexibility is supported by stronger legs, better balance, and greater movement control.
Day 3 - Kick Higher Without Forcing It
Use Wushu-inspired kicking drills, hip-opening movements, and resistance stretching to improve your kicking range, control, and confidence step by step.
